I have banked with Alcoa for many years. I have had many car and home loans from different banks and haven't dealt with anyone better than Liz Brown. She was very professional, had everything ready when we got there. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She gave us great information and was just a joy to deal with. Alcoa is always nice to deal with for my regular banking, nice to know they have top notch professionals in their loan department too!

I only come here once a month to pay on a loan I have. The ladies who work here are the most kind and friendly people I have ever met! I really look forward to seeing them and speaking with them when I come by. They take the time to ask how you are and seem like they actually care!
