Lobby was dirty but food is pretty good.
One of the only McDonald's that serve an off menu specialty sandwich (chicken/burger) and they are Always very friendly and fast.
When they tried charging me for extra tarter sauce on my two fish sandwiches, I got my money back and walked out the door. Call cooperate and told them manager said that was company policy. Corporate said that was not true. Corporate called the manager to set her straight. Manager sent me a message stating I would be sent some coupons. That was 3 or 4 months ago. She lied again. No coupons. This McDonald's sucks.
Ordered 2 2 cheeseburger meals, 1 meal with ketchup only, the other with ketchup and mustard. Also 2 mcchickens with ketchup only. One of the cheeseburger meals wasn't in the bag. Took 10 minutes after going in with bag and receipt to get them. Get home, one doenst have cheese. The 2 mcchickens that were supposed to have ketchup only, instead had mayo only. Very unlikely that I'll visit there again.
This is very impressive considering the large number of people they always have throughout the day.
It just depends on what time of the day you go. To about 5 the food is fresh. After that its cold. The lobby always seems to be dirty. I just now went to 7 different tables trying to find a clean table top. Fries always been entirely too salty. I have no choose,but to come here. I have a child that additcted to the happy meal toys. I come to this very mcdonalds twice a week.
