A nice local museum telling the history of the Cherokee Indians. The land that it's on is gorgeous as well. It's definitely worth the trip if you are nearby.
You will see signs for this museum on the interstate. Stop. Its worth it! This place is a wealth of information on Cherokee history. The interactive exhibits are great! Dont miss the movie. Also, they offer Cherokee language classes spring and fall so ask about in the bookstore that if you are interested.
